The NAB and the National Community Radio Forum (NCRF) will formalise their co-operation in the community radio sector, with the signing of a memorandum of understanding on 24 May

The MOU, which has been in the wings for the last year, lays out areas of potential co-operation between the two organisations. These include:  Collective negotiations on music rights and royalties;  Development of a sector skills plan;  Research; and  Training. NAB Community Radio Chairperson Humphrey Birkenstock said he was delighted with the development and was sure it would be a positive move for the community radio sector.
