NAB Submission on the ICASA Draft Terrestrial Broadcast Frequency Plan, 2003

To: ICASA
On: 12 Sep 2003

The NAB supports the notion that the accuracy of the data contained in the Broadcast Frequency Plan is of crucial nature and appreciates ICASA’s call for comments on the accuracy and feasibility of frequencies and associated parameters.

The NAB notes that the frequency plan should contribute to the stability of the broadcast industry by laying out current usage of frequencies and indicating future requirements. The NAB believes that the omissions and inaccuracies that appear in the draft plan can lead to instability and uncertainty for the industry.
