Draft list of essential facilities open to comment

ICASA has published a list of Essential Facilities and matters related thereto, pursuant to Section 43(8) of the EC Act and Section 4(3)(j) of the ICASA Act as amended.  The closing date for written represenations is 11 Feb 2008.
