Draft needletime law published

There are indications that further consultation will take place on the amendments which in addition to needletime, also propose the formation of a statutory collection agency to negotiate on music royalties. A two-day consultative workshop, to be hosted by DTI, has already been scheduled for 21 and 22 May.
