Draft regulations defining relevant markets and market segments open for comment

In terms of Section 67(4) of the EC Act, read with Section 4(3)(j) of the ICASA Act as amended, ICASA is to prescribe regulations defining relevant marktes and market segments.  ICASA has published the draft regulations for public comment.  Interested parties have up to 15 February 2008 to submitt their written represenations to ICASA.
