DTT Regulations

Subsequent to the publication of the final regulations, the Authority received some legal opposition from the industry, opposing the final regulations. As a result, on 04 September 2009, the Authority withdrew the final regulations and re-published a draft for public comments. The closing date for the submission of written submissions was 02 October 2009. The Authority has scheduled oral hearings in respect of these draft regulations for 29 and 30 October 2009.
