ICASA 4-YEAR COMMUNITY SOUND BROADCASTING LICENSING PROCESS NEARING THE END

An ICASA spokesperson confirmed that ICASA is currently in the process of deliberating on the licence applications for the Gauteng province. This process is expected to be finalised by the end of July. The spokesperson said that ICASA hopes to announce its decision on who has been granted 4-year licences in Gauteng during the first week of August.
