ICASA appoints consultants on ownership inquiry
Bowman Gilfillan Inc. and KPMG Consulting will be assisting the Authority in conducting an inquiry into a review of the limitations on ownership and control and a review of the private sound broadcasting sector.
The inquiry is expected to run until October 2002 and will allow for public comment before the Authority makes a decision on whether and how the rules should be reviewed.
