ICASA Inquiry into Subscription Broadcasting

On 23 April 2004 the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) released its discussion paper on its Inquiry into Subscription Broadcasting in South Africa. The main aims of the discussion paper is to solicit public comment and generate discussion on the issues pertaining to the establishment of a regulatory framework for subscription broadcasting in South Africa. Interested parties should submit their written representations to ICASA before close of business on 07 June 2004
