ICASA PUBLISHES DRAFT TERRESTRIAL BROADCAST FREQUENCY PLAN FOR 2003

ICASA gave notice in Government Notice 2046 of 25 July 2003 of the draft Terrestrial Broadcast Frequency Plan for 2003. The draft frequency plan is published in terms of section 31(2)(c) of the IBA Act, 1993. The notice invites public comment on the draft frequency plan which should reach ICASA by no later than 16h00 on Friday, 29 August 2003.
