The NAB conveys heartfelt condolences on the passing of Rev Fr Emil John Blaser.

It is with deepest sadness and profound regret that we announce that the founder of Radio Veritas, our beloved Rev Fr Emil John Blaser OP, has died, after a long illness. Fr Emil will be sadly missed and deeply mourned by all of us at Radio Veritas. We have lost a Director, a mentor, a father, a friend and a Pastor and the Church has lost a wonderful and gifted priest. A light has gone out at this radio station, and in the Church in South Africa.

Eternal rest grant to him O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his dear soul rest in peace.
