Use of Channel 65 (822 - 830 MHz) for Non-Broadcasting Services

On 22 February 2006 ICASA published Notice 315 of 2006 in Government Gazette 28547. The notice ICASA invites comment on the intended use of Channel 65 (822 - 830 MHz) as described in the Terrestrial Broadcasting Frequency Plan for non broadcasting services. Interested parties must submit their written comment to the Authority by 30 March 2006.
