NAB Submission on the DTI's Liquor Policy Review
The Department of Trade and Industry published a Draft Liquor Policy Review. The purpose of the Policy Review is to among others set out proposals for the amendment of the Liquor Act, 59 of 2003, which seeks to empower the Minister to determine restrictions on the advertising and marketing of liquor products.
NAB Submission on the reallocation of frequency band 3600MHz to 3800MHz
In preparation for the WRC'15 the Department of Telecommunications and Postal Services (the DTPS) called for further written inputs regarding agenda 1.1 of the WRC'15, addressing in particular, the frequency band 3600MHz to 3800MHz (the C-Band).

On the 14 November, the Departmetn of Telecommunications and Postal Services, "the DTPS", published the National Integrated ICT Policy Discussion Paper for public comment.
The closing date for public comment is 30 Janurary 2015.

On 14 November 2014 the Authoirty published the Draft Codes for Persons with Disabilites. The closing date for public comment is 15 December 2014.
